1. Where do we do meet-ups?
We do meet-up around Parramatta and Cabramatta. Please contact us for more information if you are wanting to know other places we can possibly meet-up at.
2. Is there international shipping?
We do finally have international shipping! Please choose the method 'Paypal.' Also, if you possibly could, please send an extra $12-$21. We apologise for shipping for being too pricy.
3. Where is the package ship from?
The package gets shipped from Sydney, Australia.
4. What does the word 'kawaii' mean?
Kawaii means 'cute' in Japanese. We may use the particular word to describe our products.
5. What if my package gets lost through the mailing process?
If your package does get lost in the mailing process, we will not be responsible as we have given this for the Australia Post to handle and cannot control anything during this period.
6. Refunds & Exchanges
We may only do exchanges/refunds if your item has been damaged. Please re-send back us the item and we may either give you a refund or an exchange in item.
